Varun Dhawan’s action director injured on sets of Dishoom!

Stunt director Allan Amin of Varun Dhawan and John Abraham starrer Dishoom gets injured on the set; sustains nine stitches

Actors getting injured on the sets of their films are not new. Although they perform under expert guidance, mishap sometime becomes inevitable. Something similar happened on the sets of Varun Dhawan and John Abraham starrer Dishoom. And here, it was not the actors but the stunt director who got injured.

Apparently, Allan Amin, stunt director of Dishoom was injured when a stunt went wrong and he was rushed to the hospital immediately. Although nothing life-threatening happened, he got nine stitches on his head.

Varun Dhawan, one of the actors of the film, posted a picture with the brave heart on his picture sharing website and wrote, ‘Standing with the champion action director of #dishoom. Last night when a stunt went bad he got 9 stitches was rushed to the hospital. But after some time he was right back to make sure I was safe. These are the people and the workhorses of our great industry that inspire me. Thank you #allanamin.’

Earlier, the makers had decided to reshuffle its shooting schedule as John Abraham, who is recuperating after a knee injury, was advised rest by doctors. Varun Dhawan is currently undergoing training in Abu Dhabi along with the entire cast of the film where the film is being shot.

Besides Varun Dhawan, Dishoom also stars John Abraham, Akshay Khanna, Saqib Saleem, Jacqueline Fernandez and Nargis Fakhri.
