While most of the Bollywood celebrities have been using the social media and micro-blogging site to give us hints and show off their Hollywood projects, the Baadshah of Bollywood Shah Rukh Khan has apparently bagged one on the micro-blogging site.

Apparently, what it took the superstar was just a series of tweet conversations and he was done! It all started when SRK expressed his pleasant surprise when he realized that Dirk Gently is now a television series. He put a photo of himself and captioned, ‘Dirk Gently is a TV series!! And I didn’t know it! Woe be upon me. Sorry, Adams. The pic is for no apparent reason.’

And it all escalated quickly when show’s executive producer Arvind Ethan David responded to the tweet. He took the opportunity to ask the Bollywood superstar to star in it. He wrote, ‘Amazing to discover that @iamsrk is a #dirkgently fan. Come guest star in #Season2. It’s possible I got a bit too excited that #ShahRukhKhan likes #dirkgently – do you think he noticed?’

Shah Rukh too responded quickly and wrote, ‘Let me know the time and place. Will figure out my own accommodation!’
Arvind then sealed the deal by replying, ‘Done and done!’

Well, if everything goes well, audience are definitely in for a treat. Shah Rukh Khan will be seen in a western venture which is Douglas Adams’ novel series which follows the story of a holistic detective who investigates cases involving the supernatural. The show stars Samuel Barnett, Elijah Wood, Hannah Marks and Fiona Dourif.
